Parking and Valet Services
New gravel parking area directly in front of the venue has an integrated drainage system and honeycombed interior for easy walking, even in high heels.
Guests at both small and large events love our valet style parking. Some couples opt for full valet service while most appreciate our easy parking service where we run guests from their cars to the venue entrance on our 8 passenger golf cart. Greeting guests and making them feel special is part of the West River House mystique. Our parking area runs from the venue straight out Mary Boulevard for nearly 1/2 a mile where there are no driveways or neighbors to worry about. It's a quick ride to the venue and most guests like to have their keys in hand to leave without delay following the conclusion of the event. Parking capacity: 125 cars
Guests will be amazed by the gallery and dining area, which has a 25-foot high gable with a breathtaking view of the bridge’s interior. The venue hosts weddings with between 10 and 150 guests, and there is a selection of indoor and outdoor ceremony sites available. Champagne receptions can be held in the Great Room, which boasts a 20-foot floor-to-ceiling glass wall overlooking the lake and like every room in the venue is wired with speakers.
